Dim witted Do ng-chul (Kim Myeong-ko n) roams the streets of down town Seoul wearing the clo thes and watch left behind by a fi lm director (Lee Jang-ho) who committed suicid e. One da y, he sees a pre tty coll ege student named Hye-youn g (Lee B o-hee). He c onspires with auto m echanic Yuk-deok (L ee Hee-seong ) to kidnap her, only to discover that s he is no t a college stud ent but a prostitute. After the taxi Yuk-de ok snuck o ut of th e shop is stol en, he and Dong-c hul starve for a while, then manage t o earn th eir meals by running errands in th e red light dis trict where Hye- young lives. But they ar e ki cked out ag ain when the y are caught trying to hel p a new girl from the count ry escape. H ye-y oung sets out after Dong -chul and Yuk-deo k, and the th ree of them enjoy a pl easant time at a seaside res ort before Hy e-yo ung goes on her wa y.
