Sectio n 20 are called in to Bangkok, Thailand to rescue Chloe Foster, the daughter to British ambassador and lon gtim f riend o f Philli p Lock e (Green), R obin Fo ster (Tim McInnerny). The tea m find the compoun d where she is bei ng held, but during th e raid the kidnappe rs escape with Chloe. After ident ifyi ng the lead kidnapper as Ray McQ ueen (Max Beesley ), M ichael Stonebri dge (Win chester), Dami en Scott (Stapleton) and Ju lia Richmond (Lukes) t rack him to a ni ghtclub and plant a tracke r on him. However, McQueen soon realises he is be ing tailed and tries to escape w ith C hloe again, while also c ontacting F oster to deliver an armed bom b to the embassy where h e is negoatia ting with t he North Koreans. With less than fif teen minutes, Sco tt a nd Stonebridge have to find McQueen and contend with a local gang. They ultimately rescue C hloe and apprehend Mc Queen, b ut Locke fails to stop Foster before t he b omb det onated, k illing Foste r and a North Korean general
